If you send one, we receive your first and last name, email address and phone number, and on the longer game plan call form also your trade, the towns you work in, and a few short answers about how your work comes in. Two optional checkboxes let you agree to receive texts and emails from us about your request; we keep a record of whether you checked them, and you can leave them blank. There are no accounts. If you call us, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as the pages requested, your browser type and your IP address, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use what you send in the form, and what you tell us on a call, only to call you back, answer your questions and, if you ask, to set up a game plan call or follow up with you. We do not send marketing text messages.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We never share your phone number with third parties for their marketing. We use a web hosting provider to run the site, and it may process the server logs described above. We store form requests in Notion, a workspace tool that only we can open, so we can keep track of who to call. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages people visit and how the site is used, so we can make it better. They use cookies and similar tools and may record anonymous activity on the pages, with what you type into forms hidden. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block these tools in your browser settings or with a privacy extension, and the site works the same.

How long we keep it

We keep notes from a call for as long as we need them to follow up and meet our legal and tax obligations. After that we delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or tell us to stop contacting you, at any time. Call 973-349-6942 and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Children
